Vます    Verb+ます(masu)

・Verb: a word used to describe an action, state, or occurrence

・Auxiliary verb: a verb used in forming the tenses, moods, and voices of other verbs

・Predicate: the part of a sentence that makes a statement about the subject

Using 「ます(masu)」,one of Auxiliary verbs, shows politeness toward the listener.
Vます is called “ますけい(masu-kei)”, ”ますform” and it works as a predicate.

I drink some milk every day.
